Norwich is the county city of Norfolk in East Anglia. Since the 11th Century the city has been one of the most important places in the UK and was the second largest city after London to be found at this time. However, although it is not such an important city as it was back in the 11th Century, Norwich makes an ideal base for visiting such places as the Norfolk Broads, South Norfolk and Broadlands.
